Know Your Goals Campaign

The 2017 #KnowYourGoals campaign, pioneered by the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network – Youth Initiative (SDSN Youth), is a global initiative to empower communities to take ownership of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by inviting local organizers, particularly young people, to raise awareness of the SDGs within local campuses and communities.

The campaign will allow local organizers and partners to raise awareness of the SDGs and to celebrate success stories which showcase wonderful examples of local solutions that are tackling sustainable development challenges.

Warwick has made it through to the finals of this year’s Green Gown Awards in the Enterprise, Sustainability Champion, and Community categories.

These Awards exist to recognise the exceptional sustainability initiatives being undertaken by universities and colleges in the UK, and our progress to the finals in 3 categories is fantastic recognition of all the hard work that goes into sustainability at Warwick. New Undergraduate Degree in Global Sustainable Development

The University has approved a brand new BASc single honours course in Global Sustainable Development to be launched in October 2018.

Building upon the success of the existing joint degree courses and taking account of feedback received from current and prospective students, this new course allows students to study in-depth the issues around Global Sustainable Development that concern them most.
