What is UNTRAP?

UNTRAP (University/User Teaching and Research Action Partnership) is a partnership between users of health and social care services, carers, and academic staff at the 神马福利影片.

The organisation promotes and facilitates the engagement and involvement of service users and carers from the local community in research, teaching and governance in Health and Social Care at the 神马福利影片.

The message of UNTRAP is that everyone will benefit if service users, carers, academics and professionals work together in teaching and research.

What does UNTRAP do?

UNTRAP:

• Delivers accredited and non-accredited training for service users, carers and professionals on user involvement and partnership working.
• Informs UNTRAP members of opportunities for involvement in teaching and research and governance.
• Provides advice on user involvement for academics and professionals working with service-users
• Develops good practice in partnership working, with a code of conduct and guidelines on payment for participants.
