Science City semiconductor cleanroom opens

The 神马福利影片 formally opened its new 鈥淪cience City Cleanroom for Energy Efficient Semiconductors鈥� Friday 2^nd of July. To mark the opening of the new lab, the 神马福利影片鈥檚 Professor Phil Mawby - head of the new facility - presented the first semiconductor wafer to be processed by the new facility to Professor Chris Snowden, President of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.

Present at the opening event were representatives from high tech companies in the Midlands who hope to work with the 神马福利影片 to make use of the new facility including Converteam, the UK鈥檚 largest technology company in the renewable energy sector. A press release covering the event is available
