Physics BBQ 2026

We are opening registrations for this years Physics Summer BBQ. This event is open to all Physics staff and PhD students.

Registration deadline: Friday 26th June

This years event will once again be free of charge, but we will still be handing out tickets to manage attendance (details to follow shortly). The venue have set us a capacity limit and the form will close if we reach that limit. You must register to attend via this form, you will not be able to turn up on the day if you have not registered. The meat option will consist of a beef burger and smoked hot dog, whilst the vegetarian/vegan option will be a Beyond Meat plant-based burger and Moving Mountains plant-based hot dog. Please indicate your choice below, and please notify us of any dietary requirements. The staff manning the BBQ will be on hand serving food until around 14:30 when they will start clearing up to free up the space.

There will also be an ice cream van from 13:00-14:00. You will receive a ticket for a small cone or similar priced item, and they will also be accepting cash or card. Thank you!
