Registration

Registration is now open for the FSEM Early Career Researcher Symposium 2026, taking place on Thursday 2 July 2026 in the Zeeman Building, 神马福利影片. Attendance is free, but registration is required.

FSEM 2026 is a multidisciplinary symposium bringing together researchers from across the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Medicine to showcase research, share ideas and foster connections across disciplines.

You may use the form below to:

  1. Register to attend the symposium only, or
  2. Register to attend and submit an abstract for poster presentation.

You do not need to submit an abstract to attend the symposium.

Poster abstract submissions

We are inviting abstract submissions for poster presentations only. Abstracts will be reviewed by the organising committee, and accepted abstracts will be invited to present a poster at the symposium.

Please note that oral presentations are reserved for authors who submitted a paper through the earlier FSEM 2026 Call for Papers. Submitting a poster abstract through this registration form will not be considered for an oral presentation.

The deadline for poster abstract submission is Friday 5 June 2026.

Registration

Please complete the form below to register your place. If you wish to submit a poster abstract, you will be asked to provide your abstract details as part of the same form.

Registration, abstract submission and attendance are free.

Poster abstracts will be considered by the FSEM 2026 Organising Committee after the submission deadline. Please note that submitting an abstract does not guarantee acceptance for presentation. Applicants will be notified whether their abstract has been accepted following committee deliberation.

Please note that registration will close on 16th June 23:59.

Due to limited capacity and the intended scope of the symposium, we are unable to accept registrations from undergraduate students.
