Isaac Jones is in the third year of his Degree Apprenticeship at the Dyson Institute of Engineering and Technology (DIET) and studying for a BEng Engineering at WMG, at the 神马福利影片. Isaac was declared the South West Regional Winner of the (Higher or Degree Apprentice of the Year category) and was invited to the national ceremony in London as a finalist in his category. The National Apprenticeship Awards are the UK鈥檚 most acclaimed apprenticeship awards. Receiving recognition at these awards reflects Isaac鈥檚 personal achievements as an apprentice and his outstanding contribution to the workplace.

Isaac reflects on winning the South West regional heat:

鈥淚t鈥檚 an incredible honour to win this award, and something I honestly didn鈥檛 expect. Degree Apprenticeships are such a brilliant alternative to studying full time. As an Undergraduate Engineer at Dyson, I鈥檓 in a privileged position to obtain the qualifications I鈥檇 get at university while also learning from industry experts, getting professional experience and kick-starting my career.鈥�
