Lynne has worked at the Warwick Institute for Employment Research for over 25 years and, as an experienced personal assistant, became PA to Professor Peter Elias to assist in his appointment as the ESRC Strategic Advisor Data Resources manager until 2016.

Lynne鈥檚 roles are now PA to Professor Chris Warhurst (Director) and as IER鈥檚 PhD Programme Officer. She is also involved with project work and her role includes both internal and external facing activities.

As Personal Assistant to the Director, Lynne is responsible for diary scheduling and planning, arranging travel, email management, information management and is the principal contact for enquiries to the Director. As project assistant, supports IER research colleagues, including: coordinating research interviews; formatting complex documents; organising research workshops; conferences and short courses. Also assists with enquiries and purchase of IER鈥檚 CASCOT computer software.
