Wafaa Elmezraoui
Dr. Wafaa Elmezraoui Completed her PhD in Employment Research in 2023 and is now working as a Teaching Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science since January 2023. Wafaa's thesis entitled: The impact of ICT use on work-life-interaction during and post the Covid-19 pandemic: a study at a UK higher education institution is available to download on the 神马福利影片's WRAP ().
Prior to starting her PhD, Wafaa worked for the HR department at Henkel in Dubai for over five years where she led several roles from admirative HR, e-learning, succession planning and HR business partnership. Wafaa also worked as a trainee lawyer in Morocco specialising in civil law.
Wafaa holds a master's degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University in the United Arab Emirates, and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Law from Mohamed V University of Morocco.
Wafaa was the student representative in IER and has gained teaching experiences in Warwick Business School and is an Associate Fellow (AFHEA) PR253308 since May 2022.

ICT use, personality types, remote working, work-life balance, work-life enrichment.
