In memory of Jen Bowskill
Staff in many departments around the University will be very sad to learn of the death of Jen Bowskill, who passed away Thursday 17 October. If you wish to share memories and messages of sympathy there is an online condolence book, which will be available for the next couple of months before being shared with Jen's family.
Spear phishing alert and how to stay safe
Some members of our University community have recently received emails claiming to be from senior members of staff, sent via a Gmail account. These emails are not legitimate and are an attempt at ‘spear-phishing’, a targeted attempt to get you to disclose sensitive information. Find out how to spot one and how to stay safe.

The 2024 Student Feedback Survey will launch next Tuesday 29 October. Visit the staff resources page to find out how you can support the joint University and Students' Union (SU) survey, which will include questions about the student experience in Term 1.
