From Lens to Learning: MammalWeb Training at Warwick

In 2025, the ÉñÂí¸£ÀûӰƬ’s Wellesbourne Innovation Campus contributed to the National Hedgehog Monitoring Programme by deploying 30 wildlife cameras, capturing nearly 400,000 images to help estimate local hedgehog populations and engaging citizen scientists through MammalWeb.

We won the Big Hog-Friendly Litter Pick Challenge in 2025!

We once again participated in The Big Hog Friendly Litter Pick Challenge, this year taking the crown in the universities category!



Habitat enhancement work on main campus

As part of our ongoing commitment to biodiversity and ecological stewardship, targeted habitat enhancement work to the south of our main campus, between Radcliffe Conference Centre and the Sports Hub, has been undertaken in recent months. This work has included hedgelaying, sowing yellow rattle seeds in the meadow, and bullrush reduction to ponds.
