About Me
I am a licensed staff psychologist, and part of the CAPS team. I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology at Widener University. Both in my clinical work and my research, I have focused on working more effectively with minoritized populations (BIPOC, LGBTQIA2s+) and individuals impacted by trauma. I take an eclectic approach to psychotherapy, but I primarily utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Self-Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Relational Psychotherapy. I enjoy working collaboratively with students to work towards their goals, and transition into college and adult life with as much confidence as possible!
