I joined the Widener community after graduating from the University of Delaware in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a concentration in Exercise Physiology. I chose to pursue my DPT at Widener University in part because of the focus on community service. During my time at Widener, I served on the student board for the Chester Community Clinic (and graduated from Widener with Academic Excellence. Following graduation, I started my career in outpatient orthopedics, obtaining my Orthopaedic Clinical Specialty (OCS) in 2016, becoming a Clinic Director in 2017 and a Multi-site Clinic Director in 2022. I also served a 3-year term on the Finance Committee for the APTA's Pennsylvania Chapter beginning in 2019.
I rejoined the Widener PT community in 2022 as an Adjunct Professor within the musculoskeletal curriculum before assuming my current role as Director of Clinical Education. In 2023 I transitioned my clinical hours to home health focused on Senior Living and strongly value the opportunity to relate personally with my clients. Outside of my professional work, you will find me hiking and practicing yoga, enjoying time at the beach, and cheering on Philly sports.
