About Me

I am currently a Clinical Assistant Professor, in the School of Business Administration at Widener University, with a concentration in Database Management, Information Systems, and Analytics. I have over 30 years of hands-on experience as an accomplished Program Director, Data Manager, Educator and Business Intelligence/Information Technology Professional. My method of teaching helps to empower students to change their lives through comprehensive educational opportunities and supportive services.  Rather than lecturing for an entire class, I like my classes to be interactive while utilizing academic platforms that are practical to the curriculum being taught.

For the past 11 years, I served as the Executive Director / Associate Director for Institutional Research, Planning, and Analytics at Delaware State. Where I was an adjunct faculty member in the School of Business as well. Prior to my time at Delaware State, I spent 20 years in Information Technology, Business Analysis & Analytics with AstraZeneca, Inc.

Research Interests

My research interests include working to help universities drive curriculum development to align curricula with current technology trends in industry, such as software development and other "in-demand" technology fields.
