Pride Recharge 2026

Chester Campus
Open to:
  • Faculty/Staff

We are pleased to announce that Pride Recharge 2026, (formerly Bridge Week), is being reenvisioned as a more social, interactive, and collaborative event centered on community connection and shared learning. We invite you to take part in this reimagined experience.

This year鈥檚 program will feature Open Mic 鈥淕lows and Grows鈥 sessions and Facilitated Table Sessions, and we invite members of our campus community to participate.

  1. Open Mic Sessions 鈥 鈥淕lows and Grows鈥 : These short 2鈥3-minute contributions create space for colleagues to share reflections on either successes (鈥淕lows鈥) or challenges and areas of growth (鈥淕rows鈥). The purpose is to encourage constructive sharing, relationship鈥慴uilding, and positivity across the campus community.
  2. Facilitated Table Sessions: Several table discussions will run concurrently (with tables repeated based on demand). Participants will rotate between tables and will have the opportunity to engage in up to five discussions throughout the day. All tables will fall into one of two categories:
  3. Instruction鈥慒ocused Tables: These tables allow faculty and staff to exchange ideas that directly enhance teaching and learning. Examples include best practices, communication strategies, AI use (integrity and possibilities), productivity strategies, other classroom鈥憃riented approaches, etc.
  4. Conversation鈥慒ocused Tables: These discussions emphasize broader aspects of academic and professional life, and create a space for connection, shared experiences, and constructive dialogue. Examples include well鈥慴eing and workload, research and collaborative/creative work, approaches to supporting diverse student needs, classrooms in today's political climate, etc.

Faculty/staff interested in participating should fill out

Your ideas and participation will help shape an engaging, meaningful, and energizing Pride Recharge experience for our community. A more detailed schedule is coming soon. We hope to see you there!
