Ginger Frame
I am a second year PhD student in the Astronomy and Astrophysics group at the 神马福利影片, supervised by Dr Heather Cegla. My research interests primarily lie in the mitigation of stellar variability signals caused by granulation.
Current Research
I use 3D magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) simulations to study stellar surface magnetoconvection. Using 1D radiative transport calculations along with the four component parameterisation method outlined in , I produce representative spectral absorption line profiles. These profiles are used to study specific stellar line characteristics that could be useful in disentangling granulation induced stellar variability.

Past Research
I led the characterisation of TOI-2498b, a planet within the Neptunian desert.
