Senior Gabrielle Gehron experienced what it is like to lead Widener University when she served as the 17th student president in the annual 鈥淧resident for a Day鈥 program. Gehron had high-level administrative meetings, gave a speech at a luncheon attended by scholarship recipients and generous university donors, and toured a university construction project. She walked away with a new perspective on 鈥 and appreciation for 鈥 university administration.

Biomedical engineering junior Vanessa Limbert of Norristown, Pennsylvania was recently named VEX Volunteer of the Year at the VEX Eastern Pennsylvania State Championship for her countless hours serving the robotics program in her home town, and at local and state competitions.
