From class reunions and fireside chats to tailgates and traditions, Homecoming 2025 celebrated the university’s history and the growing Pride community who call Widener home.

Jack ’78 and Nancy Dwyer’s gift -- the biggest in Widener’s history -- will rename the nursing program and advance its mission of graduating nurse leaders.

Communication studies alumni Dakarai Daniel and Andrew Proctor – back together collaborating on projects – scored an Emmy for their work with the Washington Commanders.

Widener alumni came together in the Sunshine State for the 16th-annual alumni day at Phillies spring training hosted by the Office of Alumni Engagement.

Six people were recognized in five categories during the university’s 2025 Alumni Awards in April.

Widener’s vast alumni network is vital in supporting current and future members of the pride. Most recently, two Pennsylvania Military College alumni groups have celebrated milestones and scholarship awards – The PMC Legacy Committee and the class of 1964.
