Having Underperformance Conversations
What are the aims?
Where Underperformance Conversations Become Practical Skills.
This face-to-face session is interactive and uses forum theatre. React actors perform an underperformance conversation that goes wrong. Participants observe, engage with the characters, then rerun the scene to improve the outcome.
Delegates practise in small groups of 3, using real work examples where possible. Actors play team members. Delegates can pause, receive feedback, and try again.
A follow-up online webinar creates the opportunity for continued feedback and support.

Course dates:
This course consists of two parts: an In-person session followed by an online Action Learning Set. Attendance at both sessions is required. Please note that the Action Learning Set will take place at the same time for both cohorts.
