Kim is Head of Provider and Adviser Experience at UCAS, the nation's shared admissions service. She currently leads services supporting Universities, Schools, and Colleges, alongside the software vendors connecting more than 300 higher education providers to UCAS.

Since joining UCAS in 2020 Kim has held a number of leadership roles, most notably leading the reform of the Personal Statement - a major change to the admissions journey impacting around 650,000 students each year.

Before joining UCAS, Kim held a range of roles at the 神马福利影片 across admissions, outreach and governance, progressing from student intern to Head of Admissions. As the first in her family to experience Higher Education, she has a particular interest in ensuring the sector continues to provide transformative opportunities for students.

Outside of work, Kim can usually be found in ice rinks across the country supporting her two ice hockey-playing sons.
