Congratulations to the winners of our recipe competition
In Term 1, we asked staff and students to submit their favourite snack recipes, linked to cultural celebration or personal tradition. Debasmita Palit and Martha Littuma Larrea share the stories behind their snacks, which you'll soon be able to try in Eatwise cafes. This year, both our winners are staff members and last year, 2 out of the 3 winners were students. You can still try WBS student Bolatito's Jollof Rice and Economics student Jesslyn's Mughlai Chicken Handi on our menu in Cafe Library. We'll be launching the competition again - look out for the launch in the student newsletter!
