We sat down with Stuart to talk about his journey into food, what makes cooking in a conference and events environment unique, and how he and his team create memorable dining experiences for guests from around the world.

After an incredible 35 years at Warwick Conferences, we sat down with one of our longest鈥憇erving chefs to reflect on a career shaped by great food, great people, and a rare work–life balance in hospitality. Joining in 1991 with a young family, he quickly found something special here: the chance to cook restaurant鈥憅uality food while still being present at home - something almost unheard of in the industry at the time.
