The Service Desk is currently experiencing issues with the Helpdesk system.
There have been several outages this evening, which may affect their ability to manage tickets.
For urgent IT issues, please call the Helpdesk on 02476 573737.
If you contact us via the portal or email, responses may take longer than usual while the issue continues.

Some staff may notice that the Service is slower than normal.
Symptoms when connected are slowness loading webpages or use applications (or unable to access them).
We are investigating this issue urgently.
